    Booking Process
    After receiving your application, I will check the availability and send you a secure payment link. Your tour will be officially confirmed once the payment is completed.

    Credit card payments can be made securely through PayPal.
    Payment must be completed at least 48 hours before the tour
    💡 Note: You can adjust the tour details and schedule after you book. You’ll get a reply within 24 hours!

    ✨ How to Book a Tour

    Please read the booking process below carefully before applying.

    🟢 Step 1: Click “Book Now”

    Click the “Book Now” button on tour page. This lets me know you’re interested.

    🟢 Step 2: I Will Contact You

    I’ll reach out to confirm:

    • Your preferred tour date and time
    • Number of participants
    • Any special requests (dietary restrictions, etc.)

    🟢 Step 3: Receive a Tour Offer

    I will send you a tour offer including the total cost.

    • Itinerary
    • What’s included / not included
    • Total cost (per group)
    • Payment method: Card payments accepted via PayPal

    🟢 Step 4: Confirm Your Booking

    If you agree with the offer, please reply “Confirmed.”
    I will then send you a final confirmation message.

    🟢 Step 5: Payment

    I will send you a PayPal invoice.
    Your booking will be confirmed after the payment is completed.

    ⚠️ Important Notes

    • Card payments accepted via PayPal.
    • Cancellation policy:
      ・Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour
      ・50% charge within 24–48 hours
      ・100% charge within 24 hours or no-show
    • Booking is not final until I receive your confirmation and send you a final message.
